This album was the first ever SlaveHead release. Recorded at Ogeriff
Studios in New Liskeard, ON, it was mixed, engineered and produced by New Liskeard's own
Ian Auger (famous for the NORA and Spirit of the North albums that have been released in
that fine area... ahem)
These are some of the first songs ever written by SlaveHead and that
lack of experience showed greatly in the end product. Certain songs like "New
Religion" and "You" came out sounding like Hanson has all of a sudden
started smoking crack. Other songs like "A-R-S" and "Dark Sunday" came
out very well.
The hit and miss job on this album didn't stop these boys however.
As soon as they left the studio for this album, they began writting for the next.
